Over Suspended Duo. As Fans Demand Their Recall For Eagles
Liberia’s wish of playing at the 2013 Nations Cup has come under serious question from the recent suspensions of its regular goalscorers, Francis Grandpa Doe and Dioh Williams.
Lone Star defenders are looking towards the last two matches and a brilliant striking department will seal a ticket for Liberia, only if the head coach of the team will recall the country’s regular goal getters; Francis Grandpa Doe and Dioh Williams, and add the Sweden based, Anthony Allison as another partner.
The head coach of the Liberian national team, Kaetu Smith is going into a tough and aggressive fixture with the Super Eagles of Nigeria, who are also under huge pressure from their citizens for the qualification slot available for the winner of the fixture against Liberia.
The decision of the coach to suspend those players may rob the country of its third appearance at the Nations Cup, although discipline is needed, many are requesting coach Smith redesign his methods to deal with those players during this heart breaking moment of qualification.
Liberia scored a single goal in three matches and looking at the scoring record of Dioh Williams and Francis Doe in recent matches for the national team, fans and well wishers of the national football team of Liberia are calling on coach Smith to recall the players to help Liberia reach the 2013 Nations Cup.
Francis Grandpa Doe just walked away with the Malaysian top flight golden boot, while constant goalgetter, Dioh Williams is doing well at his club.
Another option for the coach to increase the attacking strength of the national team, is to invite goal getter Anthony Allison to partner with Dioh Williams and Francis Doe if they are recalled or Allison will be paired with Patrick Wleh, skillful Sekou Jabateh and others.
