Nigerian Defender Monday Joins Kuwait’s Al Arabi

By Johnny Edward: Nigerian defender Ovey Monday has signed a two-year deal at Kuwait club Al Arabi from Moldovan side Milsami Orhei, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.

 

Monday spent four years at the former Moldovan champions from 2012 to 2016 and will join Imoh Ezekiel, who is currently with the Nigerian Olympic team in the USA, at the club.

 

Monday took to his Facebook account to thank God for his new adventure.

 

"Thanks be to Almighty God who a6s made it happen again, let the will of God lead and direct my step in my new club Al ARABI. One love to Al Arabi fans," he wrote on Tuesday. 

 

The former Heartland star scored three goals in 55 appearances for Milsami Orhei.
