NPFL: Abia Warriors Beat Lobi, Go Second

Abia Warriors moved into second position on the Nigeria Professional Football League table following a 2-0 win against Lobi Stars on Monday, reports
The match day 11 fixture was called-off in the 35th minute by the centre refree on Sunday due to heavy downpour which rendered the pitch of the Umuahia Stadium unplayable.
The hosts were leading 1-0 as at that time.
U-23 Eagles defender, Ndifreke Effiong doubled his side’s lead four minutes after the break.
