Odemwingie Happy With Stoke City Away Win

Peter Odemwingie is delighted to see Stoke City record an important road trip victory against Bournemouth on Saturday, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.

The Potters recorded a 3-1 win against their hosts at the Vitality Stadium with goals from Gianelli Imbula, Ibrahim Afellay and Joselu.

The feat ended Mark Hughes' men's one month-long wait for a win in the Barclays Premier League.

Odemwingie who was an used substitute in the match, took to Twitter to expressed his joy on his side's win.

"Superb performance, an away win that will be remembered with a striker at right-back.

"First PL goals for GI and IA… Congrats," Odemwingie wrote on his twitter handle."

The win takes Stoke back into the top half of the table, with just five points separating  them from fifth placed Manchester United.
