Odemwingie’s Hull Move On Hold After Bruce’s Exit

By Johnny Edward: The departure of Steve Bruce as the manager of Hull City has put on hold the proposed move of Nigerian striker Osaze Odemwingie to the club, Completesportsnigeria.com can report.

Odemwingie who made two appearances for the Tigers on trial against Mansfield Town FC and Scunthorpe United is eager to revive his career in England at the age of 35.

Bruce had held talks with the former Nigerian international according to reports before his exit on Friday while also speaking with Hal Robson-Kanu in an effort to bloster the Hull's attack ahead of the new Premier League season.

Now, it appears one of those deals could be stalling after the manager's departure.

The Nigerian international scored 37 Premier League goals in 129 games.
