Super Eagles quartet of Nnamdi Oduamadi, John Ogu, Babatunde Michael and Ramon Azeez will lead a host of other Nigerian internationals against the Lagos-based football outfit, Flying Sports Academy in an All Star game at the Federal Housing Authority pitch in Festac, Complete Sports has been informed.
In-form Warri Wolves forward Gbolahan Salami will also lead the NPFL stars in what will be an explosive encounter according to the hosts of the fifth edition and Director of Flying Sports Marshal Mbre.
“This is a platform we put together to ensure top players from Europe get to play against the academy boys to build their confidence and learn from them."
“It’s going to be an explosive game which I expect the academy players to learn from their senior colleagues,” he adds.
“It’s a nice thing to do and it gives the people of Festac the opportunity to watch their local heroes play and also interact with them,” said Mbre.
“This is the fifth edition and I can assure you that when the foreign-based professionals come home on holiday, we will bring them around to play against the Flying Sports Academy,” Marshal Mbre told Complete Sports.
