Ogoegbunam told Completesportsnigeria.com after winning the All Africa Games gold medal in the 400m women’s hurdle event at the Kintele Sports Complex Thursday that her joy knew no bounds following her feat.
“Today I won a gold medal, for me it’s a very big achievement for me and I’m happy,” the hurdler told Completesportsnigeria.com.
Amaka won the race in a time of 55.86 secs, behind her personal best of 55.45 but she said the most important thing was the gold and not the time.

Ogoegbunam also set a personal time best of 53secs in the 400m hurdles.
“In the Olympics, I just need to put my brains together and hope tovget 53 secs.
“Yes, making 53 secs is possible. Nothing is impossible. Right now my personal best is 55.45 so I’m looking to make 53 secs”, she said with a smile of confidence.REVERSE ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION Within 3Days And Make Her Happy Again!! Guaranteed!!! All NATURAL! No Side-Effects! Click Here!now.
