Ogu: I Feel Honoured With Nigeria  Call Up For Algeria Match

Hapoel Beer-Sheva midfielder John Ogu is hoping to repay the faith entrusted in him as he makes his return to the Super Eagles for the November 12 2018World Cup  qualifier against Algeria in Uyo, Completesportsnigeria.com.‎

Ogu who is in line to make his first appearance under new boss, Gernot Rohr, says he feels blessed to be considered for the crucial game.

The 28 year old combative midfielder who last featured for the three time African champions in their 2-0 win over Chad in an AFCON qualifier 16 months ago expressed his delight via his Twitter handle.

"So proud to have been called up to the national squad to represent my country. I feel honoured and blessed to be chosen. I hope I can repay the faith."


The Nigerian  international who could make his 16th appearance for the Super Eagles is expected to arrive camp on the 7th of November.
