Warri Wolves new boy, Markson Ojobo, is relishing the prospect of putting on the club’s jersey after severing ties with his old club, Enyimba of Aba, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
The versatile defender who was a constant feature in Enyimba’s line-up in recent years was recently placed in the transfer market by Enyimba for disciplinary reasons.
Wolves who will campaign in the CAF Champions League for the first time this year have however secured the services of the player.
Ojobo told Completesportsnigeria.com that playing for the Seasiders is a new experience for him and he can’t wait to put on the club’s shirt.
“I’m delighted with this new experience. Warri Wolves is one of the biggest clubs in the country and joining the club represents a big step in my career.
“I’m looking forward to the start of the new season and can’t wait to play for the club domestically and in the CAF Champions League,” he told Completesportsnigeria.com.
Ojobo won the league title with Enyimba last season.
