New Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh will be paid three months’ salaries in advance, the President of the Nigeria Football Federation Amaju Pinnick has revealed.
Oliseh, who was unveiled on Wednesday by the NFF to the media after signing a three-year deal, will receive a monthly salary of N5 million.
“We are excited to get Sunday Oliseh,” Pinnick told the media in Abuja on Wednesday. “The federation has been working as a team. We’ve signed the Pep Guardiola of Africa. The next time we have to pay him is October.”
Oliseh whose first match in charge of the Eagles will be against the Tanzania in Dar-es Salaam was also delighted to assume duty as Eagles coach but was quick to state that he isn’t coming as a messiah.
“It’s a great honour to be given the opportunity to coach my country. I’m not coming as a messiah but a man who wants to serve,” he said.
“I’ve grown up as a man from my playing days. More mature, learned and taken a lot of lessons on life, football and management.
“We will work together with the NFF technical committee. Because if we fail, they fail. I’m aware it’s a big job.”
The 40-year-old former national team skipper will be assisted by Belgian Jean Francois Loscuito, Salisu Yusuf and Alloy Agu as goalkeeper trainer.REVERSE ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION Within 3Days And Make Her Happy Again!! Guaranteed!!! All NATURAL! No Side-Effects! Click Here!now.
