Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo has expressed delight following the team's 2-0 win against Chad in the AFCON 2017 qualifier.
The game which was played in Kaduna, and had Governor Nasir El-Rufai in attendance, saw the Eagles secure all the three point, thanks to goals from Gbolahan Salami and Odion Ighalo.
Omeruo who was in action for 90 minutes, went on to thank the Kaduna fans for the support they gave the team.
He wrote through his on Twitter handle: "Great atmosphere today, great support. Three points claimed. Thanks to all our fans."
The Eagles next game is against Tanzania on September 6 before a double header with Egypt.
