“It is exciting to be home. I am so excited to be here and to be involved. I have met the players and officials and they gave me a very good welcome and I feel at home in their midst. I am ready to go”, she said.
“I hope I will be able to cope with hot weather condition here and new set up otherwise I can’t wait to don the colours of my country. I want to play for Nigeria, I was born here and I am excited at the prospect of donning the green/white colours of Nigeria” she said.
The 20-year old who has represented England at U-15 level expressed the optimism that she can make the team to the world cup in Canada adding she would work hard to make the final cut.
“I hope so I like to think I can make it so but we will see when I get to training with the team because I don’t know each players capability, what their skills are so it hard to judge myself now against them. But I like to think I can make the team to the World Cup”.Watch The Premier League Live!! with EXPRESSVPN the #1 Trusted Name in VPN
