By Adeboye Amosu in Abeokuta:
Enugu Rangers duo, Chinedu Udeagha and Pape Sane, have been ruled out of Sunday’s crucial Nigeria Professional Football League match-day 37 fixture against Ikorodu United, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
Midfielder Udeagha and Sane, who is a defender from Senegal, are both nursing ankle injuries and have not recovered in time to face the Oga Boys.
The Flying Antelopes will also miss the services of reliable forward, Tope Olusesi, who will serve the last of his three-match ban after he was issued a red card for head butting Rivers United’s Bernard Ovoke in their match-day 34 fixture at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium, Enugu.
The Coal City side occupy the first position in the Nigeria Professional Football League with two rounds of matches to be played.
A win against Ikorodu United will put them on the verge of a first league title in 32 years.
