Enugu Rangers and Rivers United will know their CAF Confederation Cup play-off opponents on Tuesday CAF Headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.
The draw for the fixtures will be held on Tuesday, according to CAF's official website.
The draw will pit the qualified teams from round 32 of the Confederation Cup against the losers also from round 32 of the Champions League for places at the group stage of the Confederation Cup.
The first leg matches will take place on the weekend of 7-9 April 2017 and the return leg on the weekend of 14-16 April 2017.
Rangers lost 5-3 on aggregate against Egyptian giants Zamalek, while Rivers were knocked out 4-3 on aggregate against Sudan's Al-Merrikh.
