Leicester City manager, Claudio Ranieri has asserted that his team is trying hard not to be distracted by thoughts of winning the Premier League title.
And ahead of their next Premier League match against Crystal Palace, Ranieri says they're focusing on the fights, on the field of play and not thinking about winning the title.
“We don’t know what will happen in the next match. We just want to fight, not to think of the title," BBC quotes Ranieri as saying.
“It will be a very tough match against Crystal Palace. In our last game with them I was so happy [that we won] as they are a good team.
“I want us to enjoy and fight. If the result comes, then great, if not, it doesn’t matter. Carry on, let’s play."
Ranieri, according to the BBC, also refuted speculation that he will be taking over from Antonio Conte as coach of the Italian national team.
Meanwhile, Ranieri has expressed the joy in the club's camp following Thursday's announcement of the England call-up to midfielder Danny Drinkwater.
The Three Lions manager Roy Hodgson revealed his squad for this month's friendlies against Holland and Germany and Drinkwater who has made the most successful tackles among the Premier league midfielders with 80 tackles being the only player in the team who had not played for England before.
The foxes manager spoke to the media during his press conference on Thursday afternoon ahead of his team's trip to Selhuest Park to play Crystal Palace on Saturday.
"I’m pleased, all his team-mates are pleased," the BBC also quotes Ranieri as saying.
"It’s good because it means we’re working well. He deserves it because all season he’s working well with good quality and is now scoring goals.”
