Use the money to empower your unemployed youths in the state. And don't use the SE an an avenue to defraud your stare. We know these tricks. Were you rational, you would realize the players don't need monetary incentive to play at next work cup. Thus the preliminary are obviously important to them. It is the coach's job to spur them to victory, not you a gov. You leaders know how to do the wrong things so well and do moral ones abysmally poor.
