Cristiano Ronaldo failed to shine once again and missed a penalty as Portugal drew their second consecutive game 0-0 against Austria at Euro 2016 on Saturday.
The Portuguese dominated the game at the Parc de Princes, but were frustrated by their well organised opponents.
The Austrians threatened first with Harnik missing a glorious chance to score the opener in the fourth minute.
Portugal had two chances in the 13th minute, but couldn’t convert either.
First, Luis Nani broke into the Austian box and drew a smart save from the Austria keeper.
Moments later Veirinha shot was palmed away by the goalkeeper.
Portugal captain Ronaldo had his best chance of the evening 11 minutes from time from the penalty spot, but his effort hit the upright and bounced to safety.
Both sides had chances to win the game during the second half, but neither could find a winner.
