Rugby Olympic Qualifier: Nigeria Face Zimbabwe, Uganda, Zambia

Nigeria national rugby team, the Black Stallions, have been drawn in Goup B of the 2016 Olympic qualifiers holding in Johannesburg, South Africa.

This was made known in a release by the Nigeria Rugby Federation on Thursday.

The qualifiers which is scheduled for November 14th and 15th 2015, will see the Nigerian team square up against Zimbabwe, Uganda and Zambia.

In group A, the quartet of Kenya, Madagascar, Senegal and Mauritius, will trade tackles.

Reacting to the draws, Nigerian coach, Fabian Jurries predicted tough encounters for the two groups.

“The draw here offers some really exciting match-ups right from the group stage. And there are lots of potential for upsets as well, which means no team can take anything for granted,” Jurries said.
