Kano Pillars forward Gambo Mohammed is close to return to regular action, can report. 

The lanky hitman was one of the Pillars players who suffered gun shot injuries when the team bus was attacked by armed bandits on their way to Owerri ahead of their Glo Premier League opening game with Heartland.
