Warri Wolves could lose some of their key players at the end of the season due to poor welfare package at the club, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
The Seasiders like many clubs in the Glo Premier League have struggled to fulfil their financial obligations to their players this season.
Completesportsnigeria.com scooped from a reliable source at the club that the majority of the influential players in the side have made up their mind to dump the club at the end of the season.
"The players are fed up with the situation of things at the club. They have really done well this season despite the poor financial state of the club," the source intimated Completesportsnigeria.com.
"Some of them have made up their mind to leave the club at the end of the season.
"The new government in the state seems not to be interested in sports and the players are aware of this too.
"It's not a good situation for us as we hope to play on the continent next season with our best players."
Warri Wolves will host FC Taraba in their final game of the campaign on Sunday at the Warri City Stadium on Sunday.
