U-17 Women’s W/Cup Draw: Nkiyu Leaves For Jordan Saturday ‎

By Richard Jideaka, Abuja:‎

Chief coach of national U-17 women team, Bala Nikyu and team administrator Dupe Shabi are expected to jet out on Saturday to Jordan for the 2016 FIFA U-17 Women\'s World Cup draw billed for Monday May 30.‎

\'We have been issued our visa, ‎and all things being equal we should leave for Jordan on Saturday for the draws on Monday in the Jordanian capital city of Amman. We are praying for a favorable draw but we fear no country,' Nkiyu said.

'The target is to try and win the first women World Cup trophy for Nigeria and to win, you must be ready to play the best and beat them.

\'We have the players to win and the experience of the 2014 championship where we exited in the quarter final will come to play.'‎
