Nigeria U-17 Women's coach Bala Nikyu has stated that their target is to finish off South Africa in the first leg of their FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup qualifier.
The Flamingoes will host the South Africans on Saturday in Abuja.
Speaking ahead of the game, Nikyu told thenff.com he hoped they would get a favourable win from the first leg.
“Our objective would be to get the job done here in Nigeria before the second leg in South Africa.
"We are in confident mood, and have been motivated by the words of the NFF General Secretary who attended the team’s training session on Tuesday.
“We know how important qualification for the World Cup is to Nigerians. The girls are ready and raring to go.
"We have worked hard over the past weeks and looking forward to a comfortable victory.”
The South Africans trained at the training pitch of the Abuja National Stadium on Wednesday.
