U-23 AFCON: CAF Confirm Squad Changes For Nigeria, Mali, Egypt

The Confederation of African Football have confirmed that Nigeria and Group B rivals Mali and Egypt have make changes to their finals squads for the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.

Youngster Victor Osimhen took the place of Granada of Spain forward, Isaac Success, who was not released by the La Liga side.
The young forward who made the headlines after scoring 10 goals for Nigeria U-17 side at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile was initially dropped from the 21-man squad.

Osimhen will battle the likes of Oghenekaro Etebo, Taiwo Awoniyi, Junior Ajayi and Kufre Ebong for a berth in the starting line-up.
The U-23 Eagles will take on Mali on Sunday at the Caroline Faye Stadium, Mbour in their first game of the competition.
