They will also battle Egypt on December 2 in Mbour and three days later play their final Group B match against Algeria in Dakar.
The top three teams will qualify automatically for next year’s Olympics in Rio.
The tournament features eight teams divided into two groups of four which will play in a round-robin format.
The top two teams from each group will progress into the semifinals, which will be followed by a third-place playoff and the championship final.
