Leicester City continued their impressive run in the UEFA Champions League after beating Copenhagen 1-0 in Group G on matchday 3 at the King Power Stadium on Tuesday night.
Nigeria forward Ahmed Musa, who started the Premier League defeat to Chelsea on Tuesday, was an unused substitute for Leicester.
The only goal of the game was scored by Riyad Mahrez in the 40th minute, finishing off Islam Slimani’s knock back.
It was Leicester’s third straight win and puts them top of Group G on nine points.
In the group’s other game, FC Porto came from a goal down to defeat home side Club Brugge 2-1.
At the Santiago Bernabeu, champions Real Madrid recorded the biggest score line of the night after they thrashed minnows Legia Warszawa 5-1 in Group F.
The group’s other game saw Borussia Dortmund secure a 2-1 away win against Sporting Lisbon.
In Group E, England’s other representatives, Tottenham Hotspur, held Bayer Leverkusen to a 0-0 draw.
Other results of the night saw Juventus pip Lyon 1-0 in France, Dinamo Zagreb lost 1-0 at home to Sevilla, while CSKA Moscow were forced to a 1-1 draw at home by AS Monaco.
