The players who embarked on three days recess were expected to resume training on Monday in readiness for the 14 June Glo Premier League resumption date but have since failed to return to camp, citing non-payment of their salaries and sign-on fees as reason for their action.

Completesportsnigeria.com scooped from one of the players who pleaded anonymity that the players have resolved to stay away from camp until all their demands are met.

''It's a shame that the management of the club have refused to pay us despite all our agaitations in the past," the player said.

''We have made up our mind not to train until our demands are met and nothing is going to change that.
''Most of us have families at home that we have to cater for and how do we take care of our homes when we don't get oursalaries on time."
