The former Portsmouth of England player joined the club on a free after completing his contract with Turkish side Sivasspor.
“I wish to win many things with Ismaily,” he told the club’s official website after completing the deal.
The 34-year old who represented Nigeria at two World Cups scored six goals in 43 international appearances for the Super Eagles.
