By Adeboye Amosu In Warri:

The City of Warri is buzzing ahead of Saturday’s highly anticipated Glo Premier League clash between title rivals, Warri Wolves and Sunshine Stars, completesportsnigeria.com can report.
The encounter billed for the Warri City Stadium is generating huge interest among football fans in the city even more than this weekend’s English Premier League matches between Arsenal and Manchester United as well as the Merseyside derby between Everton and Liverpool.
The majority of the fans who spoke to completesportsnigeria.com said they are eagerly looking forward to the game and are keen to see their side pick a win against one of their title rivals.
Ewoma Onewu, a member of Nigeria Football and Other Sports Supporters Club Delta State Chapter, who also called himself a die-hard follower of the Seasiders told completesportsnigeria.com that the game has been the talk of the town for the past few days since the team’s last game against Kano Pillars.
“It’s an important game for us and the fans are excited about the chance to see the game live here in Warri,” Onewu said.
“We have been talking about the game against Sunshine Stars since last weekend’s away draw against Kano Pillars and I can tell you it is going to be a full house at Warri City Stadium on Saturday.”
Corroborating Ewoma’s view is Paul Dale, another fan of the team who backed Paul Aigbogun’s men to secure maximum points in the game.
“Sunshine Stars will not find it easy against us (Warri Wolves) on Saturday.
“We are going to storm the stadium with our drums and trumpets to cheer the team like we have done before in any game this season.”
Also, Elder Tony Samuel, a sexagenarian who claimed not to have missed any of the Wolves home games this season shared his thoughts on the clash.
He said: “We are eager to win the league this season. To fulfil that ambition, we must beat Sunshine Stars.
“We have talked about this game for the past one week and cannot afford to end it with disappointment.
“So, I’m expecting our boys to beat Sunshine Stars.”
Warri Wolves occupy thr third position in the table, one point adrift of Sunshine Stars who are second on the log.
