Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has stated that they will be looking to bounce back to winning ways when they take on Bournemouth away in Sunday's Premier League clash.
The Gunners have not won a single game in four games, and are currently fourth in the league table.
Speaking ahead of the game during his Friday's press conference, Wenger also posited Bournemouth will not get relegated despite their indifferent run in the Premier League so far.
“We have to look at the facts. We haven’t won for four games. We want to come back for winning," Wenger said.
“Before looking at others, look at yourself. Come back and win the next game.
"Will they (Bournemouth) stay up? “Yes. I always said that since I first watched them.”
Wenger played down his team's lack of goals in their last three games against Stoke, Chelsea and Southampton.
“We played at Stoke, 0-0 is not a shame. Against Chelsea, we played with 10 men. Against Southampton, we created the chances and couldn’t finish them off. We should not be alarmist.”
And on the appointment of Pep Guardiola by Manchester City, Wenger posited that the former Barcelona boss will find it difficult in the EPL, while also stating he will not select who succeeds him at Arsenal.
“I will not choose my successor here. I just want to leave the club in a position where it can do better when I am gone.”
“If you look at the tendency in the Premier League it looks difficult to have a high win percentage. The Premier League is more difficult than any other league.”Watch The Premier League Live!! with EXPRESSVPN the #1 Trusted Name in VPN
