Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that Hector Bellerin will miss Saturday's Premier League clash with Manchester United at Old Trafford.
"Hector (Bellerin) is out for four weeks," Wenger said at his pre-match press conference on Thursday. "It came in the last 10 seconds against Tottenham. It was a strong tackle from (Danny) Rose."
Wenger however has some good news concerning Alexis Sanchez, who scored twice for Chile against Uruguay during the international break despite struggling with a knock.
"He played recovering from a hamstring injury," added Wenger. "I understand he is keen to play for his country. I don't know how bad his injury was and we have to trust the medical people from Chile. I will see him tomorrow and we have to wait and see if he can be involved in our squad.
“We were in doubt before the game, 24 hours before the game.
“We didn’t know if he would be playing or not but in the end they decided to play him.
“He text us back to say that he was in good shape, he came off after 84 minutes, and then we have to wait until tomorrow morning when we see him.”
When Wenger was asked if he would shake Mourinho’s hand this time, he replied: “Of course, I respect the ritual that is so important in the Premier League.”
Wenger was also asked about Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who will miss the game through suspension.
But the Frenchman replied: “Lets not forget that last year, the guy who killed us was Rashford.”
On his relationship with Mourinho, Wenger said: "I don’t think I have to describe our relationship.
“He fights for his team, I fight for mine.
“You do not play against a manager, you play against a team.
“That’s the important thing.”Watch The Premier League Live!! with EXPRESSVPN the #1 Trusted Name in VPN
