Super Eagles first choice goalkeeper, Carl Ikeme, has been praised for his professionalism by Wolves coach, Kenny Jacket.
The Nigerian shot stopper has struggled to pin down a regular spot at the Championship side despite his exploits at international level.
Ikeme is set to man the post for his side against Ipswich Town on Saturday with regular first choice, Emiliano Martinez, out with a thigh injury and Jacket is happy with Ikeme’s attitude despite his limited playing time.
“He got a great reception when he came on against Burnley. He’s been very professional, done his work trained very well,” Jacket told express and star.com.
“He is very mature and a top class professional.”
The 29-year-old last started a Championship game for Wolves in August.
He has been capped six times by Nigeria.
