Nigeria Professional Football League NPFL side, Warri Wolves have threatened to adopt every legal option to ensure they were not denied their right as regards the transfer of midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo, Completesportsnigeria.com
Etebo, a Nigeria junior international, is understood to be close to a deal with an undisclosed second division team in Portugal, but the Seasiders insist the player is going about it through the back door.
"Etebo is our player, his contract with us is still running until the end of this season," starts an official of Warri Wolves, Azuka, to Completesportsnigeria.com.
"But how he chose to move without our knowledge is what we cannot understand.
"We're not going to hinder his career or his future. All that we are asking for is due process to be followed.
"There are laid down procedure as far as international transfer, or even local transfer is concerned.
"But if he decides to be smart, then we can do anything within the rules to get our due, even if it means legal action," the Warri Wolves image maker said in a statement.PROFITABLE FOREX TRADING; We GUARANTEE 37% weekly profit trading your forex account for you!
