Gbolahan Salami has told completesportsnigeria.com that he will be fit for this weekend’s Glo Premier League week 31 clash against champions Kano Pillars at the Sani Abacha Stadium.
The Warri Wolves forward has missed the Seasiders’ last three games after copping a hamstring injury in his side’s week 27 fixture against his former club, Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan.
He has however informed completesportsnigeria.com that he is back in training and eagerly looking forward to the clash against the Sai Masu Gida.
“I’m back in training and ready for the game against Kano Pillars,” the Super Eagles hitman told completesportsnigeria.com.
“My teammates have done well in my absence and I hope we can continue to improve now that I’m available for selection again.”
The Nigeria international who has scored 10 times for Wolves this season has endured a difficult spell battling with injuries.
In his absence, the duo of Kufre Ebong and Sikiru Alimi have shouldered goalscoring responsibilities for Paul Aigbogun’s men.
