Ex-Super Eagles forward, Yakubu Ayegbeni, says he hopes to hit the back of the net on a regular basis and score at least 15 goals to help his new Turkish side Kayserispor maintain their top flight status this season.
The vastly travelled forward also expressed happiness at the atmoshpere at the club and the support he has received from the fans.
“The players, coach and the president treated me so well with open arms,” Yakubu told the club’s official website.
“I want to thank them for the great reception.
“I want to score goals to help my team achieve success. As a striker I will do my best to score goals.
“I think I will get over 15 goals. My aim is to help the team stay in the league.”
