Zambia coach, Wedson Nyirenda, will drop drop 12 out of the 24 home-based players in camp on Sunday ahead of October 9 2018 World Cup qualifying fixture against Nigeria, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
Completesportsnigeria.com scooped from a reliable source close to the team that the coach has decided to retain half of the players in camp in anticipation of the arrival of the nine home-based players he invited for the game who are expected to be in camp on Sunday.
Top on the list of the overseas-based stars expected in camp are captian Rainford Kalaba and veteran goalkeeper, Kennedy Mweene.
Meanwhile, the Chipolopolo defeated Division one side, Gomes FC, 4 -0 in a test game on Thursday at the Levy Nwanawasa Stadium, Ndola on Thursday.
The quartet of Justin Shonga, Roderick Kabwe, Ziyo Tembo and Patson Daka scored the goals for Nyirenda's men.
