Shooting Stars Sports Club, 3SC, may announce the signing of former Nigeria junior international, King Osanga, in the coming days, Completesportsnigeria.com can report.
Both clubs and player are understood to have agreed terms and only finishing touches on paper documentation with the organisers of the league remains in progress.
The 24-year-old could make his 3SC debut any moment from now, Completesportsnigeria.com can confirm.
The former Golden Eaglets world cup winner in 2007 with late coach Yemi Tella is sought after by many NPFL clubs before he finally settled down with 3SC on return from White Star Bruxelles earlier in the year.
"Osanga is with us here at 3SC, he has reached personal understanding with the management and LMC are well in the know.
"He is one of the elite players coming into the league like Sani Kaita of Ifeanyiubah, Akpan Bassey of Abia Warriors among others," a 3SC player disclosed but would not want to named in print.
Osanga, a midfielder, had previously played for Akwa United (2006-2009) scoring 21 goals in 54 appearances before joining Heartland in 2009/2010 where he scored 11 times in 34 games.
Completesportsnigeria.com recalls that Osanga headed for Etoile Du Sahel of Tunisia in 2010, played 42 times for the Tunisian giants and scored 12 goals.
He was later loaned to Al Nasr of Benghazi, Libya where he scored four goals in 11 appearances.
The former Flying Eagles ace was to head back home to Nigeria in 2011 and was loaned to Kaduna United where he scored six times in 16 games before heading back to Europe where he signed for Sochaux Montbeliard in 2012/2013 season.
There, he managed just a single game before moving to White Star Bruxelles where he played 13 games and scored four goals.
