POOR ATTACK, STRONG DEFENCE
The Angolans may be one of the eight left in the competition, but they struggled to hit the back of the net in their three group games against Cameroon, Angola and Burkina Faso. The Palancas Negras have recorded one goal so far, a penalty against Cameroon.
One thing that is however working for them is their good defensive play. Angola and Congo, are the only two teams yet to concede a goal in the competition.
CAPTAIN RICARDO JOB IS THE MAIN MAN
Ricardo Job, who is the captain of the team have impressed in all three group games in Morocco. The midfielder has been the main man coordinating things in the middle of the pack for his side.
He has also scored the South African country’s only goal in the competition so far.
