By Johnny Edward: CSKA Moscow’s Nigerian burly striker, Aaron Samuel, has denied holding talks with Norwegian side, Molde over a possible transfer move.
Samuel who has been an unused substitute in CSKA Moscow’s last five league matches told sports.ru that he isn’t interested in a return to Norway after featuring for Valerenga Oslo and Sarpsborg 08 FF in the Norwegian Eliteserien league during the 2012/13 and 2013/14 seasons.
The transfer window in Norway is open from January 8th, 2018 to March 31st, 2018.
“It’s not true,” (Aaron Samuel) Olanare told sports.ru, a Russian sports website.
“I have no contacts with either Molde or their representatives. I’m not interested in returning to Norway. I remain a CSKA player.”
Samuel has made 11 appearances in all competitions this season for CSKA Moscow, scoring a goal.
Meanwhile the arrival of his compatriot, Ahmed Musa, will further push the 23 year old down the pecking order in the team’s attack.Unblock the FIFA World Cup with ExpressVPN the #1 Trusted Name in VPN
