Adeleye Missing As New Club SKA Khabarovsk Crash Out Of Russian Cup

By James Agberebi: Nigerian defender Dele Adeleye’s new club SKA Khabarovsk were knocked out in the quarter-finals of the Russian Cup by second division club Shinnik Yaroslavl on Tuesday.
Former Flying Eagles and Super Eagles star Adeleye, who only signed for SKA Khabarovsk last week Thursday, was not in the squad for the Cup game.

After regulation time ended 0-0, Shinnik emerged winners following a 4-1 win on penalties.

Shinnik will face the winner of the second quarter-finals between Amkar Perm that parades Nigerian trio Fegor Ogude, Aaron Samuel and Brian Idowu or second division side Avangard Kursk.

Amkar Perm and Avangard Kursk’s quarter-final clash comes up on Tuesday.
