Home-based Super Eagles captain, Chima Akas says the team's deep knowledge of the Tunisian team will help them secure three points in Friday's Group C match at the Kigali Regional Stadium, reportsCompletesportsnigeria.com. com.
The Eagles will face their biggest test in the competition as they come up against one of the tournament's favourites.
The North Africans were held to a 2-2 draw by Guinea in their opening fixture in the competition on Monday.
And the Carthage Eagles will be all out to get their first win against Nigeria who opened their campaign in the competition with a 4-1 win against Niger.
But Akas is adamant the Eagles will stop their opponent and book their place in the next round.
"We watched the first game Tunisia played against Niger and has also studied some of their tapes," the Sharks left-back said during his interaction with reporters at the Kigali Regional Stadium on Thursday.
"Now, we know what to expect from them and how to stop them as well.
"Our main objective going into the game is to pick three points and I pray we achieve our objective at the end of the day."
