A top board member of UAE side, Al Ain, Mohammed Bin Abdulah has stated that their new signing Emmanuel Emenike and former player, Asamoah Gyan are two different remarkable talents who shouldn’t be compared.
According to ghanasoccernet, Abdulah reiterated that both players have their own special attributes, and therefore there is no basis for comparisons.
“It is not logical to compare Emenike and Gyan. Both are top quality strikers with special qualities of heir own,” Abdullah said.
Emenike joined Al Zaeem (The Boss) from Fenerbahce. The Super Eagles forward is expected to fill the void left by Gyan who scored 95 goals in 81 matches for the Abu Dhabi based club.
Meanwhile, Emenike commenced training with his new team on Friday just hours after he was presented to the press.
The team is expected to travel to Austria for a training camp ahead of the new season
