Nigerian defender, Efe Ambrose, is set to complete a permanent move to Scottish Championship winners Hibernian from Premier League champions Celtic.
According to Scottish Sun, Ambrose has agreed a two-year deal that will see him extend his stay at Hibernian following a successful loan spell.
Ambrose had fallen out-of-favour at Celtic under manager Brendan Rodgers last season, making just two appearances for the club during the first-half of the season.
Ambrose joined former Celtic boss Neil Lennon at Hibernian in the January window to seek more regular action.
The 28-year-old became a key player for Hibernian who ended up winning the Scottish Championship title and promotion to the top flight with the Scottish Sun claiming Hibernian are set to confirm the deal.
It was also reported that while official confirmation of the transfer appears imminent, the transfer itself will not go ahead until July 1.
