SC Qatar forward Michael Babatunde, has emerged as the top scorer in the second division league in Qatar, reports Completesportsnigeria.
The Nigerian international scored 25 goals in 17 games for SC Qatar who finished second in the log behind Al Markhiya.
An elated Babatunde tells Completesportsnigeria.com that he is pleased with the achievement but remains focused on his team's Emir Cup final clash against El Jaish on May 9.
"I am happy achieving this feat but I want more successes with this team.
"The Emir Cup final is what I'm looking forward to, and hopefully, we win it."
Babatunde also hopes Super Eagles manager, Gernot Rohr offers players plying their trade in the Qatari league their chance to prove their class in the team.
"I will love to return to the team (Super Eagles), but will there be a chance for players featuring in the Qatar?" he asks.
