West Ham United Slaven Bilic has urged his side to build on their winning streak when they face Everton on Saturday in the English Premier League.
The Hammers posted an impressive 2-1 win over Chelsea in the English Football League Cup on Wednesday and are unbeaten in four matches in all competitions after a difficult start to the season.
"We changed the system a bit. OK, it's important, especially when the results come, but it's more about the players' movement," Bilic said on Friday during his pre-match press conference.
"We are playing good at the moment. We have to build on those three wins. They have given us confidence."
Bilic also revealed that Ghanaian winger Andre Ayew is close to full fitness after featuring as late substitute in Wednesday's game.
"Andre Ayew is very close to being able to start. He had a long break. It's great to have him back. He came on and did really good," he added.
"We have a few knocks and all that, but nothing bad, so all those who played should all be fit and available for Sunday.
"It's a big game, of course. We played a very demanding game on Wednesday night physically and psychologically.
"I have said enough about the Stadium. I want to talk about football and about the game. I am a football manager."
