    Was Amaju’s election free and fair? I Congratulated Mr. Amaju yesterday for his victory.

    How ever I am now hearing reports that money exchanged hands to ensure victory, and the results were known before elections started. Iorfa is already threatening court action and also to appeal the election results. Chris Giwa is challanging the elections held in Warri.

    The first step in moving Nigerian football forward is to get it right at the NFF leadership. 2nd Step is to appoint a Honest Coach and competent for the Super Eagles. I was a supporter of Mr. Keshi, but Keshi seriously lacks integrity and honesty. Keshi DOES NOT deserve to continue as the Coach of the Super Eagles.

    • Weather free n fair is not my concern afterall no election has been free n fair,all we need do is congratulate the person who emerges winner and give the benefit of doubt that in his region he could be the one we can say he has done something tangible in nff

    The problem with Naija football can only be tackled sincerely. Must we win age-grade tournaments? How many did Deutschland win before winning the WC? Those tournaments should not be for age cheats. If you are not within the age bracket you have no biz there.

      this article has nothing to do with KESHI so if u re drunk go home and sleep..

    @Saint Palmer

    I disagree with you. The article has everything to do with Keshi.

    One of Amaju’s first decision to make in office is who to appoint at Coach of the Super Eagles. This Eagles coaching decision is one of the most important decisions of the New NFF board.

    In my humble opinion Keshi needs to go. His Tactical decisions during games are questionable. But for me the final straw was the disgraceful invitation list Keshi released last week. Keshi is fast losing the support of the Nigerian football fraternity due to his funny and laughable decisions and invitations.

  • PINNICK SHOULD WAIT A BIT TO SETTLE ALL THE RANCOUR IN NFF. GIWA IS ONE. LORFA IS ANOTHER. KESHI IS A BONE ON NIGERIA’S THROAT BUT I BELIEVE HE WILL GO AS PINNICK WILL NOT FIRGIVE HIM CONCERNING SUNDAY MBAH MATTER. APPOINT EX-FOOTBALLERS INTO SO POSITIONS AS JONATHAN IS APPOINTING PHDs INTO POSITIONS. PLAYERS AND COACHES PLUS OTHER STAFF ALLOWANCES AND SALARY SHOULD BE PAID REGULARLY. PINNICK IS A FOOTBALL LOVER AS HE IS AN AVID FAN OF ARSENAL. SO HE KNOW THE FORM OF MOST PLAYERS. YEYE YEYE PLAYERS SHOULD NOT BE INVITED ANY LONGER. FEMALE LEAGUE SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. PINNICK HAS A LOT TO DO. AS A YOUNG MAN HE WILL DO WELL.

    I Congratulate him. He should take the country to the next level of glory in football. He should determine to end well from the begining. He should pray for discernment of spirit. He should not be partial and tribalistic. Nigeria should be first.He should have open heart and pray to succeed and give glory to God always.

  • Well, in my own view i think what nigerians need now is a leader who is capable to impact changes a good one at that so that football in nigeria could be something they could write homeabout.

    I wish to remind Nigeria’s soccer fans what Pinnick Amaju once wrote about Stephen Keshi during the 2014 World Cup: He admonished Keshi to “come down from his horse” in order to carry the Super Eagles and fans along. He added:”Keshi has reached his limits.” Therefore, I cannot see Amaju renewing Keshi’s contract. These besides, I have always believed that Samson Siasia is by far a better coach than Keshi. Siasia is consistent, able to read matches and has a knack for discovering and using skillful footballers. He did make mistakes in his reign, but I am sure that given a second chance, he will put smiles on the faces of Nigerians. I still watch videos of Siasia’s matches one of which is the 4-1 victory over Belgium at the 2008 Beijing Olympics

    I wonders that Keshi is building team since 2012 and still yet he didn’t yet having a standing team for Nigerian to boast of, for how long Keshi will build team? Keshi is a joker by saying he his building team all time, Keshi likes invited players who he can collect “Eguje” from their hands or players that he can sell to Europe, he didn’t know anything about coaching job, he just fortunate won nation cup with collective effort, Keshi should go and let Siasia back to his job, Siasia boys play good game during his time, it was just that some people in the Glass house doesn’t like him that was why they rebelled against him by using the people like Osase and Mikel to play worst during our last game against Guinea in order to loose his job by then which everyone knows that, therefore New NFF should call Siasia back…. Up Naija.. Up Eagles… Up Nff.. Up Siasia..

    The first and most urgent thing for the new NFF president to do is to dedicate all his abilities and resources to revive our local league so that it will competitive and serve as base for talents scouting for the senior national teams.The secret for the success of our national teams from 1993 to 2000 was the ability of the local league to produced five or six talents each season.The likes of Finidi George,Amokachi,Ben Iroha,Uche Okechukwu,Amuneke,Kanu,Babayaro,Oruma,etc were all products of our local league before they went for professional football abroad.On Keshi, i feel he should have be sacked after the world cup.l admire Keshi for his ability to discover new and unknow players and give them the chance to express themselves for a place in the super eagles.He is a defence oriented coach, and this amount to less goals the super eagles scored and conceeded so far.He lacks the ability to take a quick decision during a game and his subsitutions are often wrong.His super eagles is slow in the offensive and defensive.As for me l would advise the NFF to go for a foreign coach who can impact modern, fast ,cohesive and compact football ability on the super eagles.
