Nigeria Professional Football League champions Rangers will depart Enugu on Thursday for their first round CAF Champions League clash against Egyptian giants Zamalek on Sunday.
This was confirmed on Rangers' official Twitter handle on Wednesday morning.
"The team departs Enugu on Thursday aboard Ethiopian Airline for the CAF Champions League game against Zamalek on Sunday," The Flying Antelopes announced.
To get to the first round, Rangers edged out JS Saoura of Algeria on the away goals rule.
The first leg in Algeria ended 1-1 before Rangers forced the North African team to a 0-0 draw in Enugu to advance.
Nigeria's other representative, Rivers United, will welcome Sudan's Al Merreikh FC also on Sunday.
