Rwanda will leave for a 10-day training tour in Tunisia on Monday ahead of the African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Morocco, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
The Amavubi are in the same group as Nigeria, Libya and Equatorial Guinea.
A 31-man delegation made up of 23 players and eight eight officials will depart Kigali International Airport at 4pm aboard Qatar Airways and will spend a night in Doha before connecting another flight to Tunisia on Tuesday morning.
The Amavubi, according to a report on the Rwanda Football Federation website, will have a light training session on Tuesday upon their arrival in Tunisia before getting to intensive training later in the evening.
Head coach of the team, Antoine Hey, released his 23-man squad for the competition last Friday.
In Tunisia, Rwanda will play two friendly matches against Sudan on January 5 and Algeria on January 10, 2018 before heading to Tangier in Morocco on January 11, 2018.
The CHAN tournament will take place between 13th January to 4th February 2018 in Morocco
