The English Football Association has confirmed that the Community Shield game between Arsenal and Chelsea at Wembley Stadium on Sunday will kick off an hour earlier than originally scheduled, to avoid a clash with the Women's European Championship final.
Nigeria duo Alex Iwobi and Victor Moses are expected to be in action for Arsenal and Chelsea respectively.
England women's team are just one match away from the European Championship final in the Netherlands and face the hosts in the semi-finals on Thursday.
According to Sky Sports, The time for the women's final is 5pm local time. And with the possibility of England making it to the final, the Community Shield clash originally scheduled to kick off at 3pm local time has now been brought forward to 2pm local time (ditto Nigerian time)
The England women's team reached the semifinal of the European Championship following a shock 1-0 win against France.
The last time Arsenal met Chelsea in the Community Shield was in 2015 with Arsenal winning 1-0 thanks to Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain strike.
