Conte “Disappointed”, Claims Chelsea Missed Morata, Deserved Win Vs Everton

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has expressed his disappointment that his side could only earn a share of the spoils in their frustrating 0-0 away draw against Everton in the Premier League on Saturday.

Chelsea dominated Everton from start to finish but failed to crown their effort with a goal.

Everton, who have been impressive since Sam Allardyce took over, failed to get a single shot on target throughout the game.

“When you play this type of game the way my team did today, you must be disappointed because we deserved to win,” Conte said in his post-match interview.

“It was a good performance and the defenders did well to guard against counter-attacks, but we must be more clinical with our chances.”

The former Juventus manager also admitted that his side missed the services of Alvaro Morata who was out due to suspension.

He added:”It is very important to keep the team balanced during the game, and we missed an important player in Morata, but we created enough chances and should have won
