The minister of Sports and Youth Development, Solomon Dalung, will meet with the executive committee of the Nigeria Football Federation Tuesday, April 5 to review the performance of the Super Eagles and the way forward, and decide on the next Super Eagles coach, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
"The executive committee of the NFF with meet with the minister of sports on Tuesday in consultative forum that will among other things discuss future of the game as well as the coach of the Super Eagles and other issues militating against the NFF," NFF President Amaju Pinnick said.
"I think at the forum, we shall discuss the issue of whether to have a foreign coach for the Super Eagles or appoint a Nigerian coach in full capacity. For now I cannot say anything on that issue but Samson Siasia, Emmanuel Amuneke, Aloysius Agu and Salisu Yusuf have done very well and I think they deserve commendation for breeding a young team for Nigeria."
